Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship every Monday weather permitting. Mondays that fall on holidays will move the shipping date to the next day. All shipments are shipped next day. Your new baby sulcata will be shipping in an insulated box with a heat source (if needed) that will last up to 48 hrs. 

Tracking 

You will receive tracking information once the package enters the system. Please plan on being available to accept the package upon delivery. We don't want to see boxes left unintended in the elements. 

Live Arrival Guarantee 

We guarantee live arrival of your Sulcata. If the animal arrives dead, please notify us by email immediately. Live arrival guarantee expires 24 hours after delivery time listed by carrier. All times will be calculated using the email time stamp. We ask for a quality photograph to be included. A replacement will be shipped or refund provided after any claims are approved. Live arrival guarantee does not cover delays, damage or mishandling by shipper. Buyer must proved accurate information for shipping address and delivery information. Buyer must be present to accept shipment. Ultimately, all claims are handled at our discretion. Buy purchasing from sulcatas.com you are accepting these terms.
